Brenda Taylor Gallery opened in 1991 on Newbury Street in Boston. By 1994 the gallery made the decision to move to 584 Broadway, New York. By 1997 we followed the Covered Wagon and moved to Chelsea, to 529 W. 20th Street. Eventually, some travel to California broke up our time in NY and in 2005 we re-opened and happy to this day that we did so.
The gallery remains active promoting art at it's current address in Chelsea at 505 W. 28th Street, New York. We moved to our current address in February of 2011. You may have to pass a construction site or two, but we promise large scale paintings on view and in our inventory. This intimate space is our private viewing room, and besides being open by appointment, offers several days per week of welcoming your comments and assisting you in any way possible. Open Wednesday through Saturday, 11 to 5 pm. Many times I can be found in after 6 a.m., and usually until 6 pm. Appointments are strongly advised, sailing, can take place even in December, January and February.
Most of the artists have been working with me since 1991, please ask for additional inventory needs not found on our site. We deal in the secondary market seeking the best possible price on all work
